This system of movement exercises of conscious movement, which works with the neuroplasticity of the brain and is recognized by the world's leading neuroscientists, was developed in the middle of the 20th century by the Israeli-American engineer and physiotherapist Moshé Feldenkrais. The basis of this method is awareness of one's own movement habits and patterns and their gradual change. Lessons focus on improving flexibility, coordination, balance and overall movement efficiency. It works through gentle and non-invasive touches (manipulations). It connects body and mind. Therefore, it is also suitable for attention disorders, autism, etc.
Exercises can involve slow, repetitive movements that are performed with awareness and attention to every detail. The Feldenkrais method is used to treat various movement problems, such as back pain, joint problems, muscle tension and overall improvement of movement comfort. Feldenkrais method lessons are conducted in two ways - one-on-one work with an instructor called "functional integration", and the other, a group lesson known as a "conscious movement lesson".
Moshé Feldenkrais was a contemporary of the significantly better-known Dr. Vojta, who held him in deep respect for his work in connection with the neuroplasticity of the brain.
"The goal is to teach a person to be able to move with minimum effort and maximum efficiency."

Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement® (ABM)
Anat Baniel was a student and longtime collaborator of Moshe Feldenkrais. Already while studying the Feldenkrais method, she discovered a talent and passion for working with children with special needs and gradually added her knowledge to his method and thus developed her own comprehensive approach. Through the plasticity of the brain, innovative movement lessons and the so-called "9 essentials", new nerve connections are created in the brain, which strengthen the strength and flexibility of mind and body, creativity and vitality. Regardless of whether the client is in good health or has any limiting diagnosis, the method provides the tools to transform the seemingly impossible into the possible and into a life filled with joy and success.
Her method emphasizes the importance of the brain and its ability to adapt and evolve at any time. It has a wide range of uses and can be used to support individuals with various movement limitations, neurological problems and to improve overall movement efficiency. ABM has been helping not only children all over the world for decades.
Jeremy Krauss was another student of Dr. Feldenkrais. He teaches other lecturers in the field and his private practice has lasted for more than 40 years. As the International Director of Feldenkrais Educational, he has led 28 professional Feldenkrais Method trainings and trained hundreds of practitioners from around the world. For the past 15 years, he has been teaching the Jeremy Krauss Approach, a method that stimulates the musculoskeletal system for strengthening, strengthening and special toning through a variety of very precise movements that bring structural clarity to the body's major joints. JKA – Solvents and Glue classes take place mainly while standing and promote feelings of stability, mobility, clarity, endurance, balance, self-confidence, greater uprightness and vitality. His knowledge of early development and classic Feldenkrais is second to none. He is recognized worldwide as an outstanding teacher both for his clarity and his creative abilities in presenting practical and theoretical aspects and in developing new and unique materials.
Method founded by Michelle Turner after all therapies and alternative approaches failed for her son. Michelle created Movement Lesson to teach her son one new thing every day that he couldn't do before.
During the creation of her method, she discovered 21 new theories of gravitational biology and realized how crucial the rotational movements in gravity are for the optimal development of every child.
